Matteo Moraschini

Matteo deals with labour law and provides assistance in and out of court. In particular, Matteo has gained significant experience in labour law litigation, also with reference to social security and trade union proceedings. Matteo also deals with issues related to privacy legislation (with particular focus on privacy implications in the employment relationship), a subject in respect of which – through specific training courses – he has achieved the requirements for appointment as DPO (“Data Protection Officer“).
