The firm has a labour vocation, dealing with each aspect related to agency labour law. In particular, it assists companies and multinational groups in restructuring, reorganisation, individual and collective redundancies and related aspects to the management of labour relations and trade union relations. The firm also routinely assists managers, directors and workers.

The firm is particularly active in all aspects related to Legislative Decree 231 and specifically the preparation and modification of organisational models. Members of the firm are part of various Supervisory Committee, both collegial and monocratic. The firm also assists on a daily basis in all matters concerning Whistleblowing and in any case related to corporate compliance.

The firm also deals with contractual matters, assisting clients in the drafting and negotiation of contracts, with particular expertise in the field of tenders and supply contracts.

The firm has developed particular expertise in the field of privacy and, in particular, the regulations resulting from the GDPR 2016/679. Its members have acquired specific specialisations by meeting the requirements to perform the function of Data Protection Officer.
